Park 150 Storage

Park 150 Self Service Storage makes it easy to reserve a Unit when you are busy or cannot get into the office immediately. We can hold a unit for you with a payment equal to one months rent. This is called a Reservation Deposit* and will be applied to your account when you take possession by signing our month to month lease.

This reservation may be held for up to one month. This “Reservation Deposit” may be made over the phone with a credit card payment or by coming to the office and using whatever approved method of payment you may choose.

Actual rent will begin with taking possession of the Unit within the approved time frame.

* If the Reservation is cancelled by you for any reason during the time this Unit is set aside, the Deposit if forfeited to Park 150.
